   We claim that RayBerry is owned by Shenzhen Webant Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., and use "RayBerry" for short and instead of Shenzhen Webant Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. throughout the website and all possible business occasions.

   This policy describes how RayBerry and its subsidiaries and affiliates collect and use personal and other information gathered through the website. It applies to our websites and all products we sell.

   --Information and data gathered by RayBerry’s devices and sensors, such as activity, movement and motion, video footage and audio data.

   --Information about your mobile devices including type, brand, model and serial number, mobile device ID, operating system, MAC info and mobile service provider.

   --Geographic, location based information and data. To make use of RayBerry’s optional feature, which automatically arms and disarms RayBerry based on the proximity of a user’s mobile device, RayBerry will uses information from your Wi-Fi routers.

   --Payment information that is provided when you purchase products or services from us. For example, credit card details so that we can carry out a transaction on purchases made.

How we use it

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

   --Improve the service provided to you, both in terms of technical functionality and customer service / support. This information helps us to make our websites, products and services better over time. 

   --Assist you if you have any difficulties or issues using RayBerry software or hardware.

RayBerry video storage is enabled by default. The user has the option within the app to disable cloud storage if desired with the result being video footage is only stored locally. Even when cloud storage is disabled, low resolution GIF image files need to be uploaded for RayBerry to function properly.

   We or our vendors use common tracking tools. These may include browser or flash cookies. It may also include pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies.
